I am thrilled with my new sofa. It’s great looking, great seating, and great construction. It looks like it was made for the space — because it was!
I’m so thankful that I found you on the internet. I was just about to settle for a sofa from Pottery Barn that wasn’t really the right style or size or fabric. And it would have cost me a lot more money. Fortunately, I thought to google “custom furniture” and found Portland Furniture and got exactly the sofa I really wanted. And, you were great to deal with — knowledgeable, helpful, very clear and thoroughly professional. I will definitely call you again if I need something and would absolutely recommend you and Portland Furniture to anyone looking for furniture.

I received my floor mirror this week and I just want to say how beautiful it looks in my living room.
You really do have unique items and even when I was looking for mirrors none compared to this one.
Working with Portland Furniture was a pleasant experience as well. Follow-ups to my questions were answered very quickly and I felt comfortable making this purchase. You were very knowledgeable and helpful in the order process and I really appreciated you following up with emails to let me always know the status of my furniture order.
I know when people see the mirror set up in my home, I will get questions like, "Where did you get these beautiful furnishings?" Needless to say, I will recommend your company to everyone who is considering purchasing furniture and tell them not to be hesitant to visit your store and use your online company.
Comparable furniture is allot more expensive, and certainly not as high quality.
I have a whole house to furnish so I can guarantee I'll be a returning customer!!!

Well, I was quite surprised this morning when I received a call from the front gate. We didn't receive notification from Jose, but my sofa arrived first thing this morning!
I just wanted to let you know how pleased my husband and I are with the sofa and your service. As you know, we have purchased quite a few pieces of furniture online recently, and our experience with Portland Furniture was by far the most pleasant and professional. You made it very easy to custom order, your order-to-delivery time estimate was right in there, and you have always been helpful and professional.
The best part -- of course -- is that when our sofa arrived, it was in perfect condition. It met our specifications exactly, and is clearly well constructed and finished with skilled care. I'm so sorry not to have written earlier.... I was in Florida when
the sectional was delivered the week between
Christmas and New Years.
in a word...I love it... it is the perfect size and the fabric is
also exactly what I was looking for. The construction of the sofa exceeded my expectations. No one can still believe that
I live in TX, ordered a sectional online from
a company in OR, it was made in CA and shipped to FL...not to mention
that I upgraded the fabric and you went
"off the chart" to find what I wanted in design and color after I
explained it to you over the phone! I especially like
the fabric you found for the extra pillows that complement but don't
match....you did good there too!
I am also very pleased with the price and the time line in getting it
to me. The sectional was packed very well
and the shippers were responsive to my phone calls and scheduling.
Rarely does something like this go this well....just amazing....and
to think I found you googling online!....
Dana, you were great to work with, I would and will definitely order
from you again in the future. would you like me
to send a photo of the sectional in my FL condo?
